Term Time Courses

Term Time Courses (in Schools, Evening Classes):

This particular feature really focuses on courses where it is assumed that they happen every week. It could be in schools, adult evening classes, etc, and it is assumed that people will book the whole course; they can either pay in instalments or pay up front for the whole course, or pay by direct debit.

It is assumed that attendees will book in for every session throughout a term.

Courses can be repeated, i.e. if at the end of the year you want to repeat the course in January, then people can be automatically allocated a space (showing as paid, if they pay by direct debit), and they will be sent an invite to re-register.

So following the next course the following term is very easy, and everything is built in for you.
